Absentee Owners/Full-Service Staging: If you are an absentee seller and cannot meet for an in-home consultation, we can usually make arrangements via phone and e-mail. Call, text or e-mail us as soon as you know you’re going to sell so we can start the planning process, as a full-service stage may require cleaning, repairs, pressure washing, carpet steaming, etc. We can handle all of these arrangements for you in conjunction with your agent.

Don’t have an agent? We can help with that, too! (Some agents will cover the upfront staging costs and defer your payment, meaning no initial out-of-pocket expense to you, it will be deducted at closing. We know of some who provide this – ask us!)
