. INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTS: In-home consultations for accent walls and interior design services vary depending on the client’s desires, but typically last about an hour. Our experienced professionals will assess the room(s) in which the services will be performed, and photos and measurements will be obtained. (We may ask you for a look at your adjacent rooms in order to get a sense of your preferred style.) Inspirational photos may be used in order to gain a thorough understanding of the look and feel desired. After the consultation, a plan for the design will begin and will be submitted along with an estimate of the cost for Trilogy to complete the project. Please note: It is very important to know and disclose to us your budget before planning can begin for accent walls and interior design! We will work diligently to give you the desired look and feel of your space according to your specific budget.
STAGING CONSULTS: In-home consultations for professional staging typically will last about two hours. Our accredited professional will assess your entire home, inside and out. Photos and measurements will be acquired, from which a detailed planning book will be created and submitted to you within 72 hours, detailing all recommendations for a successful and profitable sale. You will also receive an estimate of costs associated with Trilogy performing all or some of the work.
